Orders and Pricing
Ordering
Orders may be
made ANYTIME - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders may be paid using:
Credit Card, PayPal, or Money Order/Cashiers Check. No Personal Checks are
accepted at this time. We currently are not accepting phone orders. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
Pricing
All prices
are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed at time of
sale only.
Payment Methods
Credit
Card
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Transactions
are processed safe and secure through Thawte's SSL service.
PayPal
PayPal orders will be shipped to
CONFIRMED ADDRESS only. Orders made using an unconfirmed address are
subject to cancellation. PayPal fees are non-refundable.
Money
Order/Cashiers Check
Money Order/Cashiers are accepted and
must be received no later than 6 business days after the order has been placed.
No orders will be held after the 6 day deadline. A & A Sports Outlet
reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not meet these conditions
Shipping and
Handling
Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal
Service) unless the item
is drop shipped. Drop shipped items are shipped via manufacturer's best
method .
Shipping method is dependent on order size, shipping destination. All
orders except APO, FPO and International Orders include a USPS Delivery
Confirmation number. A & A Sports Outlet is NOT responsible for lost orders after we
ship.
*Most items are shipped in house, while very
few items are shipped directly from the manufacture. When shipped from the
manufacture, shipping options are not available and shipping charges will be
billed separately from the rest of the order (when applicable). These
orders are usually shipped in 24 hours and take between 1-9 days to reach there
destination.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped next business day, but
may take up to three (3) business days based on order volume. When
offered, orders using USPS Express Shipping made before 2pm EST Monday
through Friday will be shipped same day.
Business days are
Monday thru Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays are not considered
business days
Shipping times, USPS Standard (4-9 days), USPS
Priority (2-3 days), and USPS Express (1-2 days) are average times stated by the
United States Postal Service and DO NOT include processing times.
*Shipping times are estimated transit days and DO
NOT include order processing days.
USPS Express
is USPS guaranteed overnight* to most destinations (see USPS
for USPS Guarantee Information) when
order is received before 2pm EST. USPS
Global Priority averages 4-9 days.
A & A Sports Outlet is not responsible for any
lost orders after shipping.
Warranty Information and
Returns
Warranty on Defects
A & A Sports Outlet
stands behind the quality products we sell. If by chance you have received
a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear, etc.) or received an incorrect
size or color due to our error, please contact A & A Sports Outlet as soon as
possible via the
Returns/Exchange Page.
On defective
products, size and or color mistakes due to our error, you are not responsible
for the return shipping Please review the "Returns" section below for
instructions on returning merchandise.
As per the
manufacturer's request, bat
warranty services are to be dealt directly with the manufacturer.
Products are not
guaranteed against excessive wear, misuse or care. Be sure to thoroughly check your order on
receipt and do not take the manufacture tags off or the merchandise will be
considered worn and or used.
Returns/Exchanges (within 30 days)

If you receive an item with a defect or the
wrong size or color due to our error, contact us as
soon as possible. We will then send you the
corrected merchandise along with a pre-paid self-addressed envelope.
Please use this envelope to return the merchandise in error.

If you are returning
merchandise within the 30 days or merchandise for an exchange or
return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns will
not be accepted for any reason without a Return Authorization Number. You
may acquire a RA# by visiting the
Returns/Exchange Page and following the easy
instruction.

Returns and Exchanges requested due to wrong
size or color due to customer error will require shipping and handling charges
being paid by customer.
All returns must be
shipped directly to A & A Sports Outlet prepaid with the Return Authorization
Number clearly marked on outside of package. Any returns
without RA# and/or shipped to A & A
Sports Outlet C.O.D. will be refused.

All
returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee.

Items returned NOT in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
as determined by our staff will NOT be refunded and shipped back to customer at the customer's expense.

Purchases made via PayPal must be
refunded through PayPal. Refunds made through PayPal are subject to
PayPal service charge and those service charges are non-refundable..

Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.
It is strongly
suggested that returned items be shipped using a credible service with a tracking
system and insurance. A & A Sports Outlet is not responsible to lost or
damaged items during shipment.

Returns/Exchange Page for authorization before
returning merchandise.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before orders are
"packaged and ready for shipping".
Cancellations after the orders are packaged and ready for shipping will be
charged shipping and handling fee. ("Packaged and Ready for Shipping" orders are already processed and postage paid).
If the item is already shipped, the item will fall under
normal return policy procedures.
If cancellations are made before
"Packaged and Ready for Shipping", no fee is
applied.
