Return/Exchange
Items will only be considered
for return and exchange if:

Item returned is in New, Unused, Resalable condition.

Manufacture
tags are still attached.

Request must be made within 30 days of the sale
date.

Item
in original packaging or in original wrapper.

The Return Authorization Number clearly
marked on the outside of the package.

Outlet reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned item and
whether to grant return or exchange.

*Exchange items are
subject to shipping and handling fee.

*ALL Returns are subject
to a 20% Restocking fee.

*Shipping and Handling fee
is non-refundable.

*Items returned NOT in
NEW, UNUSED condition with tags and packaging will NOT be refunded and shipped
back to customer at the customer's expense.

be specific and completing your email message. A response will be made within 2
business days it is received.
Please note that it is
very important that you enter a specific reason for Return/Exchange.
Please be as specific as possible and give as much detail as possible so
your request will expedited and not be delayed.
